Cat Preferences

Tell us about the cat or kitten you're hoping to bring home.

Most kittens must be adopted into a home with a companion kitten or young cat unless otherwise specified.

If two cats' names are listed together, they're a bonded pair and won't be separated.

Current Pets & Vet

Details about pets already in the household and your veterinarian.

If not, please explain. If you have no cats or dogs, enter N/A.

Also include cats from the last 5 years you no longer have: name, outcome, age and cause if passed, and their treating vet. Enter N/A if not applicable.

Was it done as a kitten? Did the cat come to you already declawed? Enter N/A if not applicable.

If mixed breed, list the known breeds. Enter N/A if you don't have a dog.

Reptiles, snakes, hamsters, rodents, rabbits, etc. List type, names, ages, and habitat. Enter N/A if none.

If you no longer have pets, list your previous vet. If you've never had a vet, enter N/A.

Residence

We verify home ownership and rental agreements. The adopter's name(s) must be on the lease, and we require proof of paid pet deposit.

Family member, spouse/partner, children, roommate. For owned homes, list whose name is on the deed if not yours. If you rent with roommates, note whether they're on the lease.

If you don't rent, enter N/A. If this information is not provided we cannot proceed.

This applies if you rent your home and your landlord or management company requires a separate deposit or fee before you can have a pet. If you own your home or your rental doesn't require one, choose N/A.
